Adult powerlifting/strongman
- The adult program combines both powerlifting and strongman movements into one comprehensive strength and conditioning program. The program can be modified for everyone from novice lifters to competitive powerlifters and strongman athletes. This is a stand-alone program that also works as an excellent compliment to other sports; allowing individuals to build strength and address muscle imbalances for injury prevention.
- The adult program includes supplemental exercises designed to address current and/or past injuries.
- Depending on experience level, individuals in the adult strength group will use a variety of our speciality equipment. For experienced athletes, our classes also use a combination of bands and chains for accommodated resistance.
Competitive powerlifting/strongman
- The program is based off the conjugate training system and designed for current strength athletes, as well as those wishing to compete in a formal competition.
- Speciality equipment and a combination of bands and chains will be used for accommodated resistance to maximize strength gains while increasing speed, strength, core stability and power.
- The competitive program requires a commitment to training a minimum of three times per week.
Remote coaching
- Remote coaching is available for both the adult and competitive programs.
- Programs are individualized based on equipment, performance goals, and current/past injuries.
