Since 2017, we have strived to make Rusty Barbell an inclusive, low-intimidation environment where anyone—regardless of their fitness level—can improve their health, reach their goals, and advance their training. Rusty Barbell is a gym that grows with your experience. Beginner programs are available for those who are just starting, with more advanced sessions employed for athletes further on in their training.

Our facility spans 3,400 square feet and is equipped with specialty equipment. Our coaches are trained to deliver research-backed programming that focuses on strength, speed, and injury prevention.
