Highly recommended! – I have been training with Phil for close to a year now. As a trainer, Phil is very motivating and pushes you just enough towards achieving new and realistic goals. Coach P’s routines strike the perfect balance between a fun and tough workout. They are dynamic, with a variety of movements so you never get bored. Phil is also excellent with understanding muscular injuries and helps with recovery and strengthening of tissue. I’m especially appreciative of how accommodating he has been with any changes in scheduling. Thank you for helping me get this strong, Phil!
