Phil has worked with me to set realistic goals in my fitness and continues to work with me to improve. His coaching style makes him very approachable and makes me want to succeed. The best part about working with Phil is that he is always willing to provide an additional demonstration of a technique, if needed, and he will always explain what the goals and expectations are for each exercise. He has even provided me suggestions for activities to work on outside of my personal training sessions. I would recommend Phil to anyone who is looking for a coach or personal trainer.
