Phil is the real deal. He provides a 360 lifestyle change including review and discussion of food logs, check-in’s with clients after a tough session to see how you’re feeling, and he always asks how your day went! He offers all this PLUS extremely well-designed workouts to improve your overall fitness needs whether you want to build muscle, get lean, improve your cardiovascular system, or all three. His workout sessions are varied and fun. Phil’s got a talent for motivating his clients thru challenging exercises and this is just what this 48 yo female was looking for! I highly recommend him. His physiology knowledge base is infinite.
