Phil Harrington,
Head Coach

A former collegiate football player, Phil honed his coaching skills as an assistant strength and conditioning coach at Adrian College, Knox College, and Kalamazoo College. Phil has spent significant time training clients from working parents to professional athletes. He is also a competitive powerlifter and currently holds the Indiana state RPS record in the 165 weight class.

Jenna Steiner,
Head Personal Trainer

Jenna has worked as a personal trainer since 2018 and as a wellness coach since 2016. Jenna is also a certified Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist for those who are looking for guidance through their pregnancy and postpartum experience. She specializes in core/pelvic health and corrective exercise. Her training style focuses on muscular balance, postural alignment, and building a solid base for all clients.

Personal Trainer and Group Coach, Jess Gutierrez

Jess Gutierrez,
Personal Trainer and Group Coach

Whether through playing sports, competing in bodybuilding shows, or running races, Jess has always found her way back to fitness and athletics. After her time in the Air Force and a career in data analytics, she decided to channel her love of training into helping others move toward their strength and fitness goals. She helps her clients develop specific and measurable strength and conditioning goals, and is passionate about providing clear and actionable steps to achieve them.

Gage Robinson,
Strength and Conditioning Coach

Gage is a student athlete at Madonna University where he is studying Exercise Science. He is a member of the men’s track & field team where he throws shot put, discus and weight. Gage is also a competitive power lifter and won the 2021 MHSPLA State Championship in the SHW Division.
